I have been engaging in activities in Yokohama making the best of the experience that I gained as Tubu-Tubu staff for five years. I hold the Future Food Seminar Scene 1 as the center of my activities. I also offer cooking classes in which I teach easy traditional grain dishes and sweets that you can practice everyday. I also offer lunch parties and a DVD screening. I love to join events so please let me know if there is any event where I can open my shop! I really love choosing cups and plates, daily small items such as cooking tools and I am good at wrapping commodities and coordinating a table presentation of food. I can change the daily home cooking into café lunch quickly! I will show you the secret of beautiful colorful arrangements of food and help in the selection of cups and plates!

The miracle by which we can welcome guests and make meals and sweets with genuine ingredients

  I am very grateful for the miracle in which we can make meals and sweets with genuine ingredients following the rule of nature without worrying about the reality that we are in where the honest healthy ingredients often do not exist because of economic efficiency. The Tubu-Tubu Café is a place like that. It is a comfortable space for me where there are many opportunities to meet new people, resonate with each other and find joy. I want to replicate that feeling in Yokohama where I was born and raised! I want people to learn about delicious Tubu-Tubu traditional grain cooking and begin to feel close to it! I want people to know more about Tubu-Tubu traditional grain sweets, which will make their mouths happy and move them without sugar, eggs or any dairy products! I am consumed by passion for increasing Tubu-Tubu friends in my hometown Yokohama. I have an image in which the world becomes a place where Tubu-Tubu is something ordinary.

I expect much from her skills with sweets that was refined in the Tubu-Tubu Café and her sense of coordinating places. She also has a unique sensitivity for illustration and designing.
