I am working as a hall navigator and Tubu-Tubu chef at BUONA! TUBUTUBU. I feel very happy that I can introduce Tubu-Tubu to many guests at BUONA! TUBUTUBU, which is a very unique restaurant where you can enjoy very satisfying Italian dishes made of traditional grains and vegetables. I wish to continue to develop a restaurant where the guests can meet with the power of food and awaken. I am telling our guests about traditional grains and the secrets of cooking them. I will be happy to talk about what I have experienced and how I changed by changing my diet as well as how fun it is to “change.”

I, who used to hate cooking, changed to be able to accept myself through cooking.

  I used to hate cooking but since I encountered Tubu-Tubu I have started to enjoy cooking. I do not remember exactly since when but as I became absorbed in cooking, people started to tell me “delicious” when referring to what I made and these experiences have given me confidence. As I repeat those practices and gain realization, I have begun to feel I am changing little by little. I did not only change to a better condition but also, strangely enough, I felt my heart loosen and I found myself released. I used to live trying to look tough and often eoverwordk myself in the past. After I changed to be able to face myself and accept myself, I am feeling harmony between my diet, body and mind.

From flight attendant to Tubu-Tubu attendant! 

I found my dream job … as a flight attendant when I was twenty five, which was very close to the age limit. I used to walk around indulging in gourmet cuisine and enjoyed an international hotel lifestyle, which I thought should be graceful and fulfilling. But I always found myself not fully satisfied and always looking for something. Guided by delicious Tubu-Tubu, I decided to quit my job, and stepped into the cooking world, which I had little experience with. I never imagined cooking would change my life! I want to have many people experience this happiness! If you think you are not good at cooking, that is your misunderstanding. I would like to tell people how enjoyable cooking could be with the art of Tubu-Tubu cooking! Today I am enjoying working from the bottom of my heart as a Tubu-Tubu attendant.

I would like to tell you how enjoyable it is to transform! I awakened contained self who loves to stand out, who loves cooking and who loves people and am active as a chef and floor navigator.
